Monobloc Bridge Saw PRACTICA 1800 - VERSUS 3600

This machine allows to process (cut) slabs of marble and granite by means of a diamond disc cooled with water. The monobloc structure is made of electrowelded heavy steel. The building details care guarantees high steadiness, accuracy of working and absence of vibrations. The machine do not need of foundations and rests on feet separately adjustable and adaptable to any kind of grounds. Disc-carrying carriage movement is on side containment hardened wheels. Main beam translation is on slides with rolls completely in oil-bath. All movements and linear guides are protected by timing cases made of inox steel. The turning table, that is fixed on the monobloc structure, is manually moved and can be precisely blocked in any angular position. The customer has to arrange for the working surface covering the table. The switch board is made of sheet steel, thickness 15/10 mm, painted with RAL 7032 paint IP 55 protection level. The supplying unit is composed by a magnetothermic switch with shutter locking to avoid the opening of the switch board with tension. It can be restored after opening the shutter, in case of maintenance. To guarantee the operator’s safety, an insulation transformer is installed inside for voltage 380V and output 48V for all driving mechanisms.
